Our Reception children were full of excitement today when Lavender and Larry the lambs visited school. We loved petting them, seeing them walk around our school grounds and even nursing them on our knee. We learnt that one of the little lambs was a ram and we could feel his horns starting to grow. We tried to feed them a bottle of milk which proved quite challenging as they were used to feeding from their mummy..but it gave us all plenty of giggles trying! Thank you so much to Philip and Rebecca Henry for bringing the lambs to school and making our day so much fun! 🐑
