• In the first term, we dive deep into revising all the key mathematical concepts.
• After Christmas, we stretch our thinking with algebra, angles using a protractor, and averages.
• Every week, we tackle exciting challenges using our IZAK9 cubes, exploring:
  • Prime numbers
  • Multiples
  • All four operations
  • Bearings
  • And much more!

🌿 Wild Wednesdays are a highlight of our week! We take our learning outdoors to explore mathematical concepts in creative and active ways—chalk, netball courts, and nature become our classroom!

📖 Reading That Makes Us Think

We’re building powerful reading skills like:

• Inference
• Authorial technique
• Prediction
• Cause and effect

Through shared and modelled reading, plus small group guided sessions, we dive into books and bring stories to life through discussion and discovery.

We love working as a team in games that challenge our strategy and sportsmanship. Our gymnastics sessions help us grow in:
