It’s Children’s Mental Week and the theme for this year is ‘Let’s Connect’. Macosquin PS pupils have been connecting with members of the local community where they made a beautiful wall hanging. They have also been brushing up on their culinary skills in the kitchen too! What a lovely way to share learning and make memories across the generations😊
On Monday morning, P4 pupils started their day by taking part in an online art lesson with Sinead from The Art and Design Factory. They used a painting by David Hockney for inspiration and it certainly was as great way to start a new week! Over 170 schools in Northern Ireland zoomed into this lesson, so we were certainly connecting with many pupils from right across our wee country!😊
