P3 had a wonderful morning visiting the ‘Treasured Toys’ exhibition at Ballymoney Museum. The children delighted in seeing and playing with toys from the past and present firsthand. They were able to apply what they had learned at school to make comparisons between old and new toys.
The boys and girls even had the opportunity to craft their own ball and cup game, Jack in the box and mini aeroplane!
This experience was a brilliant way to finish off our Terrific Toys topic. Thank you to Jamie and Rachel at the museum for such a lovely, learning filled morning! 🧸😊
