P3 loved taking part in a ‘Take 5 Sensory Discovery Walk’ as part of Children’s Mental Health Week. This lovely activity, suggested by Sustrans in Northern Ireland enabled our children to get active, connect with one another and take notice of the world around them which are all wonderful ways to help encourage good mental health.
